Hotel Art's White Truffle Menu Will Leave you Salivating

Hotel Arts Barcelona is at the top of its culinary game at all times, but November and December are especially exciting when the seasonal white truffle menu becomes available. It is an exclusive opportunity for the epicurean inclined guest to sample these highly saught after, white gold fungi. Sourced from Italy, the truffles are costly and difficult to accquire, amd are only available until the limited supply is exhausted. 

 

This year, dishes on the tasting menu included:

Consommé with white truffle 

Croquettes and white truffle 

Crispy chicken with wild mushroom and white truffle 

Autumn leaf with white truffle 

Oyster, white truffle cream, spicy flavours, vegetables and white truffle Grilled “kokochas” with bone marrow, borage and white truffle Langoustines with wild mushrooms and white truffle 

Ou de reig creamy rice with white truffle 

Scorpion Fish and champagne, “rovello” mushroom and white truffle Pigeon à la minute with creamy potatoes, vegetables and white truffle Brie with white truffle 

Dairy products with white truffle 

The set price was 200€ (VAT included)

 

For an additional 80€ an exclusive wine pairing was also on-hand. For the guest with a taste for exquisite celebrity Rose from the Jolie Pitt Vineyard, or for those interested in tasting an artfully paired glass of Catalonian Cava, the below options are avilable:
