Poor Michael Jackson.  Will he ever get to rest in peace?  Three years after his untimely death, a new lawsuit is emerging.  This time, Jackson's assistant is suing AEG Live, on behalf of a class, for $7.5 million dollars in lost pay.  Jackson's assistant argues that since AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray (who was responsible in Jackson's death) to care for Jackson, they are to be held responsible for the loss of wages that would have been earned by employees during the This Is It tour.  What do you think about this case?  Do you feel the MJ's employees should see any compensation for lost wages?
