Baltimore, Maryland's Union Wharf is apparently where you need to be if you've always wanted to live in the glamorous world of Gossip Girl, but with the small-town feel of Gilmore Girls—these are still current references, right? There's a new waterfront luxury apartment building in the neighborhood (cleverly called Union Wharf as well) that, with the help of fantastic photography, is selling the lifestyle that comes with living there. Plus, if you move in you can be neighbors (and BFF's) with the several cast members of HBO's Veep who live there too.

Union Wharf

Union Wharf offers studios, one, and two bedroom apartments—all of which range in price from $2,225 to $3,310 a month. The units feature designer, brushed nickel fixtures and industrial pendant lighting, as well as nine-foot ceilings (level one has 12-foot exposed concrete ceilings). Not only does it look great, the building is also pretty environmentally-friendly, with over 20 percent of the structure made using recycled materials. There's also water-saving fixtures that reduce water usage up to 43 percent and Low-E windows that maintain temperature to save on your heating and cooling bill.

The building's community includes a zero edge infinity pool, a resort-style 12,000-square-foot clubhouse with a gym and game room, and three private courtyards.
