Best Airline to travel overseas?

Which airline do you gravitate to for overseas travel? Do you usually fly economy or business class? Do you have an opinion on which carrier is the best? Why?

As of now I have flown a few different airlines, and as a result I have miles racked up with them all. It would be in my better interest to start dedicating travel to one or the other, but before I commit I would like to hear some opinons. Thanks!

Singapore Airlines. Absolute the best in service and their new A380 suites can't be beat.
