The case against Britney Spears and her conservatorship was tossed out by the judge this week. The judge sided with Spears and family and found insufficient evidence or documentation to even bring the trial to a jury. Sam Lufti, paparazzo turned Spears' manager (as Lufti claims), brought a lawsuit against the Spears' family for multiple claims - libel, battery, and unpaid managerial fees.
The accusations in Sam Lutfi's case against Britney Spears' parents and her conservators may have been sensational, but the evidence just didn't hold up — at least in the eyes of the judge, who tossed the suit Thursday before it made it to the jury.
