If you're one of the many women who love new things, but never have time to squeeze in a shopping trip, then CakeStyle may interest you.

CakeStyle is a personal shopping service with a simple premise: provide luxe clothing to women who don't have time to shop.

Founder Cecelia Myers explains to the Chicago Business blog, "It's not that CakeStyle clients hate to shop; it's that they don't have the time, they need to look great for work, and they're searching for help to curate their wardrobes. "

The service is easy: clients first answer a few questions about their style and wardrobe needs. Then they are contacted by a CakeStylist to fill in more details. Once all the size/details are straightened out, a box arrives packed with clothes that have been selected just for the client. In the Chicago area, CakeStyle will even provide an in-person style session (with cupcakes) in their offices.

Each season, a box arrives packed with items that fit the profile information. The client then keeps what she wants and sends back the rest. Nothing tacky will ever arrive and the quarterly offerings range from $2,500 to $3,000 worth of clothing packed into each box. Favorite CakeStyle brands are Rag & Bone, Vera Wang and Elie Tahari.

To ensure that clients aren't confused, the boxes also include instructions and a link to a video that shows just how to wear the clothes. The idea behind the convenient service is that women can get in on the latest trends, while retaining their own style and having new pieces that work with their existing wardrobe. In the future, outfits will also include accessories.

Could looking luxe get any easier?
