California Chandon Celebration

Jill Weinlein

Celebrating a milestone anniversary, I wanted to toast to many years with a special bottle of bubbly.

I learned that Chandon California is offering two new beautiful limited-edition Bruts. They have recently unveiled them for their new holiday collection in collaboration with the accessories brand, BaubleBar.

The collection is a dazzling collaboration of two brands, with female leaders Chandon California’s Head Winemaker Pauline Lhote and BaubleBar’s Founders Amy Jain and Daniella Yacobovsky. The Chandon Brut is decorated in silver and sparkling gold, that enhances a table-scape for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Eve party. It also makes an ideal hostess gift for upcoming holiday gatherings. Taking a sip, this bubbly offers a tasting profile of apple, pear and citrus flavors and aromas with a hint of spice that leads to a soft, dry finish. Serve it with a charcuterie platter, a roasted turkey, sliced ham or savory holiday roast.

The pretty Chandon Rosé offers beautiful pink hue with fresh strawberry and cherry fruit aromas and a touch of juicy watermelon flavors. On the palate, this wine is creamy and seductive with a defined structure from the Pinot Noir added in its final stages. It’s an ideal toasting bubbly for a girlfriend’s birthday, bridal shower or bachelorette parties, baby showers and it makes a nice gift for a baby arrival.

BaubleBar designed a limited-edition #ChandonSquad necklace, that features layers of coin beads, and a pavé-embellished gold star offering a touch of bling and sparkle.

Hopefully, on my anniversary, I’ll bring the Chandon Brut to our celebratory dinner and my husband will present a BaubleBar box to celebrate our special occasion.
