The next generation of fashion designers out of California State University, Long Beach are putting on the university's 25th Annual Campus Couture Fashion Show and the future of fashion will soon be on display for those looking to get a little edge to see. With 55 CSULB designers working in 5 different categories, the show promises a new angle on familiar fashion.
It’s the time of year again when California State University, Long Beach, students reach for high fashion, modeling their best endeavors in front of industry experts and the public.
This year marks the 25th Annual Campus Couture Fashion Show, which will take place at 7 p.m., Friday, May 10, at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center. The first show was held in 1988, and it was held in a classroom with just eight participants, who modeled their own designs for a few faculty members.
This year, there will be 55 CSULB student designers who will showcase clothing before 1,000 people, including judges and industry professionals. (Read More)
