Can Religion And Fashion Mix?

Neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee, nor shall oil and water mix, or fashion and religion ever cease to be at odds. The fashion industry, it seems, is facing a bit of a cultural problem. Fashion culture is almost all about appeal, and fashion trends haven't been church friendly. The two, it seems, are as dangerous as mixed clothes and the more religious models of the bunch want out.

 

More models are making a change by leaving the runway for their faith. Young Christian women in the fashion industry are realizing their Christ-centered beliefs are oftentimes compromised and now they're not afraid to speak out against the ugly side of glamour.
