Christina Aguilera's Awesome Style Sense

Earlier this week I talked about a massive pink glob of hair that was on the side of Christina Aguilera's head and now she's taking another route to style awesomeness, see-through shirts with underlying blue leopard-print bra. By the way, I'm using the definition of the word awesome as it's meant to be used, as in it leaves me in awe that someone in public view could look so consistently terrible.

 

Christina Aguilera loves to change things up.

When the "Your Body" singer and her fellow mentors Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green selected The Voice's final 12 contenders Nov. 8, the 31-year-old pared down her typically over-the-top styling.

Taking the advice of hairstylist Mark Townsend, Aguilera wore her platinum and strawberry blonde hair in a tight bun. "I wanted Christina's hair to be chic and beautiful to show off her gorgeous face," Townsend says on the five-time Grammy Award winner's official website.

Makeup artist Kristofer Buckle opted for a more dramatic approach. "I used black track gel liner by MAC to create a wicked sharp liner on her upper lid, then used black smokey eye shadow under her eye to complete the shape," he explains. Read More
