We cooked these up on our charcoal grill to give it the most flavor. The perfectly marbled center cut sirloins were grilled medium rare and were some of the most tender steaks we have ever tasted from an online source. Our favorite cut was the mouthwatering ribeye but the filet was just as good, offering a tender cut of melt-in-your-mouth beef.
