Cook Like a Professional Chef with Marx Foods' Steak Sampler

Marx Food

Admit it. You have heard how flavorful, tender, juicy and well marbled New Zealand grass-fed steaks are.

But isn’t it time you found out for yourself?

Meet Marx Foods, a family business based in Washington state, that got its start selling steaks strictly to upscale restaurants but has now expanded to the online market catering to home chefs just like you in mind. The only catch is you have to buy in bulk, which we have no problem with because the steaks they sell are THAT good.

But beef steaks aren’t the only things they sell here. You can find everything from oysters, halibut, lobster, clams and caviar to charcuterie, sausage, chicken, ribs and just about every type of game imaginable (think alligator, antelope, llama, frog, ostrich and turtle) not to mention truffles, spices, pastas, cheeses and even desserts.

We tried the grass-fed beef steak sampler of four6-ounce filet mignons, four 12-ounce New York strip steaks and four 10-ounce ribeyes. We cooked these up on our charcoal grill to give it the most flavor. The perfectly marbled center cut sirloins were grilled medium rare and were some of the most tender steaks we have ever tasted from an online source. Our favorite cut was the mouthwatering ribeye but the filet was just as good, offering a tender cut of melt-in-your-mouth beef.

All of theBlack Angus beefin this package are free range, 100 percent grass fed (which is lower in saturated fat and higher in Vitamins A and E) and do not contain any growth hormones. The result? Uber tender cuts of flavor filled juicy beef steaks.
