As someone who has made my fair share of websites, I have never been a fan of GoDaddy and the services they offer; however, there are still droves of people that rely on the GoDaddy servers to run their businesses, making the outage (and the length of it) to be unacceptable.

Thousands and possibly millions of websites hosted by GoDaddy.com went down for several hours on Monday, causing trouble for the mainly small businesses that rely on the service.

A Twitter feed that claimed to be affiliated with the "Anonymous" hacker group said it was behind the outage, but that couldn't be confirmed.
