Halle Berry's attempt to move herself and daughter Nahla (4 years old) to France was denied by a judge on Friday. Nahla's father Gabriel Aubry lives and works primarily in Los Angeles and clearly fought the move. Berry is engaged to actor Oliver Martinez, who happens to be from Paris. Looks like she won't be joining him in Europe permanently.
