Irving Berlin Promises a White Christmas in Boston

White Christmas The Musical

There’s no Christmas quite like a white Christmas and no one knows that better than Irving Berlin. His famous production can now be seen now through December 28 at the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre in Boston.

Through its limited run production, you will hear the story told through the eyes of Wallace and Davis with the singing duo of Betty and June Haynes. The show tells the tale of the duo looking to increase the financial well being of their former military commander by hosting shows at a struggling Vermont inn.

Throughout the production, you will recognize many of its famous songs, including the famed lead song. We saw the popular show last week, which has returned to Boston for its third year and enjoyed fun songs like “I Love a Piano,” “Count Your Blessings Instead of Sleep” and “Falling Out of Love Can Be Fun.”

Kids and parents will love this fun production that ends spectacularly with a white Christmas enjoyed by all theater-goers.

Irving Berlin’s White Christmas: The Musical is running now through December 28 at the Citi Performing Arts Center Wang Theatre at 270 Tremont Street in Boston. For tickets or more information, call (800) 982-2787 or visit www.citicenter.org.
