Just Add Cooking Takes the Hassle out of Preparing Dinner

Just Add Cooking

Let’s face it, in today’s busy society, we are often finding ourselves hard pressed to make time to cook a healthy dinner. If you are like us, we have just what you are looking for.

Introducing the new Boston-based startup, Just Add Cooking, a service that takes away all of the hassles associated with grocery shopping, portioning, etc. and makes it super easy for you delivering fresh, locally sourced, pre-measured ingredients right to your doorstep. Each meal kit is delivered the same day it is packaged so you know everything will be fresh.

We recently tried the home cooking experience and have to admit how simple it was. Just sign up on the website www.justaddcooking.com to get started. From there, choose from a variety of dinners available each week available in either a two-person or four-person boxed meal plan.

Our box included fresh salmon from local seafood provider Captain Marden’s, sausage from New England Charcuterie in Waltham, bread from Nashoba Bakery in Concord, butter from Cabot Creamery in Vermont and cream from Mapleline Farms in Hadley, Massachusetts. Our three dishes featured poached salmon with avocado sauce, spicy sausage with creamy beans and Portobello and sunchoke mash.

Each dish was so simple to prepare as all of the ingredients are pre-portioned so your effort only includes combining ingredients and cooking. Within a less than a half hour, we were able to create each dish, which comes with step-by-step instructions to create the recipe.

Just Add Cooking is the easiest way to cook meals as it takes all of the hassle out of preparing dinner at home.
