While I'm not quite sure why the producers at E! Entertainment would require "Fashion Police" costar Kelly Osbourne to keep her hair purple (especially considering how terrible it looks, in my humble opinion of course), they seem to be sticking to their guns. It seems like there'd be more of a draw for fashionable couch potatoes to tune in if she changed her hair color more often.

We've all gotten used to Kelly Osbourne's purple hair, a mainstay on E!'s "Fashion Police" since the host dyed it three years ago. As it turns out, Kelly's bosses at E! have taken to the bold color as well -- so much so that they've forbade her from changing it.

As Osbourne told a crowd at this week's Lucky FABB Conference:

    "I'm contracted to this hair color... I can't change it for two years. I wanted to go green, but was told I wouldn't be able to work anymore." Read More
