Lizbeth Lane Gourmet Simmer Showcases Sauces at Fancy Food Show

Lizbeth Lane

Lizbeth Lane Gourmet Cuisine, headquartered in Berwyn, PA, has announced plans to exhibit and sample their sauces at the 2012 Fancy Food Show, returning to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (801 Mount Vernon Place, NW) in downtown Washington, D.C. for the second straight year, Sunday, June 17 through Tuesday, June 19.

Lizbeth Lane’s collection of all natural, gluten-free simmer sauces have consistently received high marks for their fresh texture and superb taste. Visitors to Booth 3416 at the Fancy Food Show will have the opportunity to sample the simmer sauces personally, currently available in four flavors: Lemon Piccata, Marsala & Tarragon, Roasted Red Pepper & Basil Cream and Mediterranean Tomato.

Founded in 2010 by next door neighbors Michael Dernoga (CEO) and Ridgely Francisco (President), Lizbeth Lane is named for the street on which they live in Berwyn, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. Both men had lost their jobs in the bad economy of 2009. As acclaimed home cooks, it was an easy decision for them to join forces and launch a culinary business … and thus was born Lizbeth Lane.

They created recipes for their four gourmet simmer sauces, which began to sell quickly in a number of specialty stores in and around Philadelphia. They have since continued to grow and are now selling these superb sauces in 16 states and in Canada.

Hosted annually by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT), the Summer Fancy Food Show is North America’s largest specialty food and beverage event, with 2400 exhibitors from 80 countries and regions. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover over 180,000 products, including confections, cheese, coffee, snacks, spices, ethnic, natural, organic and more.
