The 2012 Soul Train Awards were full of experimental and over-the-top fashions, but that doesn't mean that all of them were bad. Take Elise Neal, for example, who wore a bright red gown that was both eye catching and quite elegant. Worst: Kat Graham - The "Vampire Diaries" actress wore something that would have been really cute--if she'd been stumbling from her cabana to her hotel room at a seedy little Cabo San Lucas beach hotel, but for a Las Vegas red carpet? Not so much.
