Skinceuticals CE Ferulic; it's bloody expensive and the only serum actually documented to work in medical journals.

So far, one of the best I have tried is sunflower oil and vit. e oil. I love putting on virgin olive oil on my skin especially with a salt scrub but I don't like it when I smell as if I'm a garden salad.

I am not familiar with EV Coconut Oil in your diet. I have used it on my hair and love the shine. I guess if you look at Italian women who swear by it - you can believe in the value of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the diet at least. There's something to that. Thanks,
