ThenewSKY 01is an updated version of the original style featuring a minimalist design that allows New Balance to use less material than you’d find in the traditional athletic shoe. This shoe hasan upper made from 95 percent recycled P.E.T. plastic bottles (yes, recycled water and soda bottles!) The newSKY 01 has a retail price of $89.99.
The latest edition to the newSKY collection is thenewSKY 101. Similar to the original shoe, this minimalist design also contains less material than your traditional athletic shoe.
