Some of my favorite wineries are Justin Vineyards (Buy the Isosceles) and ClayHouse (Buy the Hillside Cuvee and Adobe Red).

The Paso Robles Wine Annual Festival is scheduled for May 18-20, 2012.  Be sure to include it on your bucket list for travel next year.
