Tonight,Phantom Gourmetis hosting their second annual “Safari Phan Night,” at The Revere Hotel in Boston, with all proceeds benefiting the Joey Fund and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
The event celebrates five of our city’s biggest name chefs who will cook up their signature hot dog creations at Space 57 in the Revere Hotel Boston Common: Lydia Shire (Towne Stove and Spirits; Scampo); Paul Wahlberg (Alma Nove; Wahlburgers); Jasper White (Summer Shack); Andy Husbands (Tremont 647); and, Tony Ambrose (Ambrosia Catering).
Whether they choose to boil, grill or fry their hot dogs, the chefs will offer up their best creations along withan assortment of treats provided by local confectionaries.
Individual tickets and VIP tables are available and all purchases come with a complimentary ticket to Phantom Gourmet’s Hot Dog Safari (May 19th) and their annual BBQ Beach Party (June 21st – 23rd).
The event is being held tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. at Space 57 at the Revere Hotel | Boston Common, 200 Stuart Street in Boston.
