Prince of Wales London inviting for a brilliant time

Popular actor Edgar Bruce was built the first theatre at this site. He used his savings which he earned from burlesque The Colonel. He took help of notable architect of his time who was well-known for his best design. The structure was completed in 1884 and called as the Prince of Wales Theatre. It was built in three-tier construction that could occupy thousand of audiences at a time. It was deliberately situated between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square.

In Honor Bond was the first opening show at the venue. The next show that debuted here was Ibsen's A Doll's House. The first creation that gave success to the Prince of Wales Theatre was Marie Tempest casting Dorothy. The comic opera celebrated good response and the profits were so huge that playwrights used the earnings to build their own Lyric Theatre. Grade II theatre situated in the Westminster City, London.

In 1891, the wordless mime L'Enfant Prodigies done its London introduced here and was followed in 1897, A Perrot’s Life amusement viewers here. This opened means for several exceptional mime dramas in London. After five years, 800 chairs of the theatre were found not enough for increasing crowd of spectators.

Later the house was destroyed on 17th June 1937. While putting the foundation stones of the new site, Gracie Fields perform in front of workers. The structure was created well by Robert Cromie. The venue inaugurated for audiences on 27th October with extra occupancy of 1100 audiences at a time, better facilities and huge stage. One of the greatest shows at this place has been Mamma Mia.

This melodious was longest runnings show at the Prince Wales Theatre London, it introduced in 2004 and run for eight years. The show gained achievement of 3500 performances in 2007 before being transferred to the Novello Theatre in September 2012. In March 2013 it hosted first appearance of the Book of Mormon. The show has been brought to West End by its actual imaginative team.

Their purpose to visit this city is to share one of their holy scripture with the people, The Book of Mormon.
