I read the story. It is misleading and contains inaccuracies. I went back to look at the aircraft conceptual photo. It's not even a passenger jet. It appears to me that it is a combat jet. The demise of the Concord was caused by an unfortunate crash, not the sonic booms. Even the crash was not so much the blame of the Concord itself. It was from debris on the runway from a previous takeoff
which caused a rupture in the Concords fuel tank.
At least to the best of my memory. I could do a better job of writing. What does the job pay?
