While prestige, exclusivity, and premium price tags epitomize the enduring hallmarks of purchasing luxury items, there is so much more to the concept of luxury. A new definition centers on the more easily attainable aspects of the word, ‘luxury’ as a state of mind, a sensory experience. There are many simple, low or no cost luxuries that can shift you into a luxurious way of thinking.
Being luxurious involves how we experience the things around us. Our modern, mass-consumer lifestyles have caused the majority of people to move away from luxurious living, but there is a growing trend toward the aspects of quality and comfort synonymous with luxury living.
