This position is committed to leading and directing all aspects of the retail store operation in the Westfield Valley Fair Mall, San Jose, CA boutique. · Drive sales by creating a strong selling culture and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
· Develop and maintain client relationships
· Manage profitability, business planning and sales forecasting
· Lead and mentor a team of five sales associates
· Formulate and successfully execute event and promotional marketing concepts
