I always have my own hotsauce with me. I am addicted to spicy food and I will bring it with me when we go out to eat and if they're hot sauce is not spicy enough then I would use my own!

Depends on where I am going. If I am going somewhere 3rd world, I always keep water treatment drops, just in case you can't find bottled water.

Vera commented on January 19, 2012

Hhmmm besides the basics. Well I am sure that most people would consider an smartphone a "basic" item as it is attached to the palms our hands. BUT, making sure to get an international data package ahead of time ensures that you can use your search and GPS the whole trip overseas. Which can be a life saver in a foreign city. If that answer is somehow cheating, than I would say I always have to have Blister Block and Shout Wipes.
