What is the most useful souvenior you have gotten?

What is the most useful souvenior you have gotten? I got a bag of salt when I visited Thailand and whenever I used salt it reminded of a fun trip. But now the salt is all gone, so looking for another souvenior that will be useful and bring good memories with it.

I have several. A little pair of sewing shears bought in a neighborhood shop in Singapore and some linen tops from Stanley on Hong Kong Island. I consider clothing a souvenir. I always feel I'm wearing a piece of the place. But it must be local not an international brand.

This might seem silly and trivial but one of the useful souvenir I received is a can opener that happens to be a refrigerator magnet. It's small and handy especially when I couldn't find the actual can opener in the kitchen.

From the time we were dating, we have bought a souvenir to hang on our Christmas tree from every city, country, or Island that we've visited. Every year when we decorate the tree, we relive those wonderful vacation memories.
