hhhmmm. Yes, that would be a problem for me too! Although I am not sure I would condemn all Fairmonts over the one esthetician. I would try the Ritz though if you want to stay away or maybe a boutique spa that really has a lot riding on their reputation. That way you know they will go above and beyond.

Well my challenge is the cleanliness, I went to the Fairmont and got a facial and found out the esthetician did'nt change the water out of her bowl during the treatment. So now I'm scared to get services.

It kind of depends. Most luxury hotels have great spas. I love both Fairmont and Ritz-Carlton spas myself. Just make sure they have a large space offering places to relax, saunas, steam rooms etc. Enjoy!
