Zwilling J.A. Henckels Cookware is Top of the Line

Zwilling J.A. Henckel

When it comes to cooking, one of our favorite cookware lines comes from Zwilling J.A. Henckels. You may know the brand for its line of high end chef’s knives, but you may not realize they offer a full line of cookware from braisers and saucepans to skillets and Dutch ovens.

We recently tried the Aurora three-quart stainless steel saucepan with lid. The first thing you will notice about the line is its quality and durability. This model is made with five-ply construction for excellent heat conduction and retention, especially when cooking on a gas range. We love the comfortably ergonomic stainless steel handles never get warm while on the stovetop.

When making our own spaghetti sauce, we reach to this saucepan with its secure lid that promotes energy efficient cooking. This pan is super easy to clean due to its satin finish but it is also safe enough to put in the dishwasher. When you are done, hang it with the other pots and pans on display in your collection. These will surely be a conversation piece with their mirror-finished handles and sleek stainless steel exterior.

Produced in Belgium, the Zwilling cookware is constructed of five layers: a stainless-steel interior and exterior plus a three-layer aluminum core. Pans heat up quickly with a flat base, distribute heat evenly and retain it well, with no hot or cold spots, so you’ll enjoy perfect searing and browning.

We also love the Aurora Fry Pan that is ideal for frying up burgers instead of turning on the grill, sautéing vegetables and searing seafood. We also use it for making Sunday breakfasts, frying up bacon and eggs.

For the chef on your list this holiday season, the Zwilling line is something they will love and use forever.
