While Julianne Moore may have been in high spirits last week for her Emmy win on September 23, her luck has taken a turn for the worse after being robbed of at least $127,000 worth of fine luxury jewelry. The red-headed actress was in Toronto between June 6 and August 28 when 10 pieces of jewelry— seven of which were Cartier— were stolen from her West Village brownstone in New York City. At the time of the burglary, between 15 and 25 workers had access to the actress’s home, which was under construction. So far no arrests have been made, but the case is open and under investigation by the New York Police Department.
