Fashion & Style: It's about that time to start arranging our closets for winter wear. If you are anything like me, it is a must to have a flash forward look at what's to come in fashion. As I observed the 2010 New York Fashion Week, I found that there are several trends that simply dominated the runway. For starters, Diane Von Furstenberg and Vera Wang reintroduced an old favorite of mine, velvet at its best. There was then fur, my all-time favorite by another top designer by the name of Altuzarra.

Alexander Wang showcased short dresses, yes ladies even for the winter season. My suggestion would be to add embellished tights. Lastly, BCBG Max and Michael Kors showcased an array of layered outfits. I hope this helps you all in search for winter attire. Stay warm and beautiful.
