Fashion & Style: While many luxury fashion houses are suffering, Analeena is thriving in the midst of the recession, thanks to the foresight of creator, Lina H.
Lina H. is an up-and-coming handbag and leather goods accessories designer. Having an interest in fashion from an early age, Lina became a buyer for legendary fashion house Herm?s at the age of 21. From there, she went on to become an assistant designer for Jean Louis Scherrer Haute Couture. Her combined experience at both companies gave her the foundation to create Analeena, although she holds a special place in her heart for Herm?s.
Analeena is the culmination of some of the best designs the world has seen, much more than just a typical bag. Lina's designs are innovative, combining classic with contemporary for chic and sexy results. In fact, Analeena is so stunning, that they are comparable to jewelry: vibrant, elegant and timeless. Classic designs include Kate Cabas, the Analeena shopper and the Analeena clutch. All are available in a variety of colors, from soft sherbets to bold jewel tones.
Just in time for awards season, Analeena has introduced its second collection, combining red carpet must-haves of glamour, style and luxury. Using the same quality materials and stunning aesthetics, this time around Analeena has introduced accessories to the signature luxury handbag line.
New daily accessories include wallets, wrist cuffs, mirrors, Blackberry cases, passport holders, laptop cases and belts. Materials for the new additions are luxurious, fusing crocodile skins with soft pink lambskin linings, all with rose gold bag holders.
The new crop of Analeena jewels are all infused with some very special detail, whether it is the signature Analeena buckle, lizard skin handles or rose gold threading in the python collection. To make Analeena as practical as it is pretty, many pieces also offer everyday special conveniences like the built-in light to make rummaging for lost items easier or the bag hanger and shopping that comes with each tote, a result of designer Lina H's saying, "Bag on the floor, always be poor."
Among the well-dressed women that are Analeena fans are Kate Moss and Carla Bruni, the Prince of Monaco's fiancée, Charlene Wittstock, and long-time fans of Lina's work, Queen Rania of Jordan and Princess Haya of Jordan, amongst other royals in the Gulf region.
With so much attention to detail, it is easy to see why Analeena is quickly growing into the world's latest lifestyle brand, with bags flying off the shelves of Harrod's.
