Diane von Furstenberg Spring Ready to Wear 2011

Fashion & Style: Diane von Furstenberg Spring Ready to Wear 2011 collection marked the debut collection of her collaboration with design director Yvan Mispelaere.

Titled "Goddess," the collection was inspired by dancer Isadora Duncan.

"It all started when we took our first walk together through Paris to see the Isadora Duncan," the new duo explained in their program notes.

The colorful collection was filled with larger than life prints and unusual color pairings, thanks to Mispelaere's creative eye. The opening look was a twist on the classic DVF wrap dress, done in a bold printed jumper. Other looks in the collection included slinky jersey dresses, flowing rompers and T-shirt dresses and extra luxurious wrap dresses. Silk pant and georgette halter necks and jersey tops also added to the elegant and wearable collection.

While Diane von Furstenberg is always a favorite, the colors really made this season's offerings pop.
