After a century of close ties with watersports, Tag Heuer is celebrating yet another epic partnership, this time to the world of surfing. The brand has been named the Official Time Keeper and Official Watch of the World Surf League and Big Wave Tour, and just launched the new Aquaracer 300m Ceramic collection to honor the title. The new timepieces, built for strength, durability and accuracy, are far from the most elegant watches the brand has designed, but they’re made to be tough, just in case you wipeout when you’re hanging ten.

The 2015 Aquaracer 300m Ceramic line comes in two different sizes, the 41 and 43mm watch face and offers surfers, and really any ocean-lover, a 300 meter dive capacity. The unidirectional rotating bezel features six studs for a better underwater grip, a screw-in dial for improved security, an unscratchable ceramic dial and luminescent markers for the best visibility. Extra security is in place for underwater divers like a double-lock folding clasp, with extra diving extension, to prevent accidental opening, and a bezel that can only reduce time remaining if accidentally moved.

While the timepieces are designed to meet the extreme requirements of professional watersports, they aren’t totally without style—in fact considering their add-ons and safety features they look pretty awesome. The 41mm faces come in an array of black, blue and silver with steel bracelets or nylon straps. The 43mm watches are chronographs and come with the addition of an hour, minute and running second chronograph counter. A special-edition, Black Phantom version will also be made available for the most stylish of athletes.

The Aquaracer 300m Ceramic collection will be released this October with the Black Phantom being released late this November. Prices are estimated to range between $2,400-$4,050.
