Thai Airways has enlisted the services of world-renowned celebrity chef Tommy Tang to create a menu that is equally delicious and nutritious. It will be available on flights from Los Angeles
. Tang's new menu also will be presented to passengers on all flights from September through November.
The Tommy Tang signature dishes include grilled Thai tiger prawn with mango salsa; organic mixed baby lettuce with lemongrass vinaigrette dressing; grilled fillet of beef with honey ginger glaze; pad Thai noodles with grilled salmon tamarind glaze; and grilled Thai barbecue chicken with sweet chili sauce; mango crème brulee. Chef Tang's new menu also features breakfast selections and a variety of fresh breads and dessert options.
