We all love wandering around the hottest art exhibition, Champagne glass in hand, but it's not often that we get to see the complex process that goes into creating a large-scale show. Earlier this year, artist Odun Orimolade had an exhibit at Art 21 in the Eko Hotel Lagos in Lagos, Nigeria and now thanks to the above behind-the-scenes clip, we can see the entire thing painstakingly come together. If you were lucky enough to actually have seen the show in person, the documentary titled Being & Becoming Exhibition will be even cooler to you.
According to Orimolade's artist statement on Contemporary And, her show combined some pretty heavy concepts related to humanity, what's real and what's fiction, and how our humanity is able to coexist with our environment. Some of our favorite moments include the opening scene of her drawing free-hand on a huge black-painted wall with white pencil (or chalky pastel, we're not sure), the arrangement of large-scale installation at the 2:37 and seeing the final product at the 6:06 marker.
