Sangria Recipe From Thornton Winery

Summer is on it’s way out — so make your way into the kitchen to recreate your own version of the beloved Sangria that is served at Thornton Winery Jazz Concerts.

White or Red Sangria: Serves 12 People

Compliments of Executive Chef Steve Pickell
  • 2 bottles THORNTON Viognier or Cabernet/Merlot
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup tangerine juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup brandy

 Sangria is a favourite summer drink of mine. You can mix different fruits & wines together to make something familiar but different everytime!
