The Forbes four-star Stonehill Tavern at The St. Regis Monarch Beach is inviting us all to join them for a private dining event with the Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina — though you have to make reservations, of course. Chef Mina, along with the Tavern's Executive Chef Raj Dixit, will be crafting a four-course menu full of all his greatest culinary hits (like Ahi Tuna Tartare and Maine Lobster Pot Pie — which will both be made at your table) for this cool dining opportunity.
Other dishes served will include tender Wagyu Beef and a trolley cart full of desserts. The culinary experience will take place on May 22, with reservations being taken for two dinners (one at 6pm and one at 9pm) and prices start at $145 a person — it jumps to $195 if you choose the indulge in wine pairings throughout the meal.
