There’s no better time to host a dinner party than the holidays. People’s spirits are high and the cold weather provides the perfect backdrop for a cozy indoor shindig. If you love throwing fête-a-têtes but don’t have much time to plan, cook and organize the event, allow James Beard-nominated chef Melissa Perello to take care of all the details this season.
Chef Perello will create a Michelin-star worthy menu for up to 20 guests and will be prepared in your San Francisco home. The multi-course dinner will be narrated by the chef as she introduces each dish and offers insight into the local producers and market-fresh ingredients used in each recipe. Of course, what’s a dinner party without wine? Guests will be treated to paired wines chosen by chef Perello and award-winning wine director Paul Einbund. Be sure to save room for dessert by pastry head chef Sarah Bonar, named San Francisco Magazine's Best Pastry Chef of 2015.
