Some things are just meant to go together. Yachts and champagne. Diamonds and pearls. Me and Ryan Gosling. And now the apropos pairing of Las Vegas and Hell.

As it should be, Sin City has signed a pact with multi-Michelin Star chef and devilishly-charming Gordon Ramsay, to open the world’s first brick-and-mortar Hell’s Kitchen restaurant this December at Caesars Palace on Vegas’s center Strip.

Hell's Kitchen

Shrewdly located on one of the busiest corners in Las Vegas, Hell’s Kitchen restaurant and bar will serve daily brunch and dinner for up to 300 guests at a time, seated both indoors and on a Strip-adjacent patio.

“Fans of the show have been asking us to bring a Hell's Kitchen restaurant to life since day one, so I’m thrilled to finally be doing it,” said Ramsay. “A key element of the show’s success has always been the diners’ experience, so we are excited for guests in Las Vegas to feel like they too are part of the show—flames and all.”

Hell's Kitchen

Designed by Jeffrey Beers International to be an experiential destination restaurant, it will attempt to replicate the studio set experience of Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” television show, the 17th season of which will air during the 2017-2018 season. Design features will include a nod to both the red and blue teams featured on the show, and the open-concept kitchen will be the eatery’s centerpiece, viewable from all seats.

Construction is scheduled to begin during the hellish Nevada summer. Hell’s Kitchen will become Ramsay’s fifth Las Vegas Restaurant in his partnership with Caesars Entertainment, joining: Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace near the Colosseum, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas Casino & Resort, Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas, and the most-recent addition, the casual Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips shop at the LINQ Promenade.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2016, the 85-acre Caesars Palace resort offers 25 diverse restaurants and cafes, including the award-winning Bacchanal Buffet, as well as celebrity chef-branded restaurants by Gordon Ramsay, Michael “Mr.” Chow, Bobby Flay, Brian Malarkey, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Guy Savoy.
