Now this visionary is combining his talents with The LeFrak Organization’s real estate development team to bring the environmentally friendly property, 1 Hotel & Residences South Beach, to Miami.

Spending more than $100 million, 1 Hotel & Residences South Beach is determined to convert the current 1970’s structure into a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certified and environmentally conscious structure. The standing property features 600 linear feet of beachfront and awe-inspiring views of the Atlantic Ocean, so there is already a good foundation on which to develop the residential homes.
