Situated on an elevated portion of the island that sits 90 feet above sea level is a 3,000-square-foot home with six bedrooms and six and a half baths. The square footage is somewhat deceptive though, as there are a number of patio and furnished outdoor areas that have been seamlessly integrated into the home's architecture. An additional building found on a nearby hillside has a gym and an expansive yoga and meditation dock, all overlooking the bay.
There's also a 2,700-foot-long asphalt airstrip, which can be easily extended if needed, so you can get to your new island by plane — it even has its own pilot code (MYEY). If you plan on traveling by luxury yacht, the island is only minutes away from the main island of Little Exuma.
