Le Palais Royal in Hillsboro Beach, Florida is officially the "most expensive palace in the U.S." currently on the market, with a price tag of $139 million. The French-inspired Beaux Arts mansion found on Millionaires Mile is up for grabs through William P.D. Pierce of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, offering over 60,000 square feet of living space on more than four acres. The home overlooks 465 feet of beachfront and comes with its own 192-foot private dock that is large enough to fit a 185-foot mega yacht and a 30-car underground garage. Though the palace isn't move-in ready just yet—construction is set to be completely done by the end of 2015—the $139 million includes the finishing and these concept photos will give you an idea as to what the finished product will look like.

“Le Palais Royal is to be the most expensive listing on the market in America, and was designed to be fit for royalty and the upmost refined individual. It is a true extension of a life well-lived,” says William P.D. Pierce, a Coldwell Banker Previews International property specialist. “This grand palace will be a landmark that rivals Europe’s greatest palaces. A true masterpiece, it is adorned with custom detailing exclusive to its design and incomparable finishes.”

Before you even get to the house, you're greeted by a 13-foot gate adorned with 22-karat gold leaf and a 26-foot fountain (which is actually one of the six waterfall features that surround the mansion). The custom-designed entryway doors feature a "day and night" theme, with one featuring glass encased in bronze and the other made using solid mahogany inlayed with 22-karat gold leaf. Once inside, there is a marble staircase that costs $2 million and took craftsmen over two years to make.

With 11 bedrooms (including three master suites and one presidential suite) and 17 bathrooms, Le Palais Royal features the "first-ever IMAX Theater contracted for private use, featuring a 50 by 27-foot screen and seating for 18 with a bar and IMAX lounge." It even has its own bar and lounging area. The family room will have a 1,300-gallon Living Color aquarium set inside custom cabinetry that will also include a 3-D TV.

The 4,500-square-foot infinity edge pool outside has a 12-foot waterfall (with a Jacuzzi positioned above), a double loop LED-lit waterslide, a fire pit, and a swim-up bar. It also features an automated temperature gauge and a triple sanitation system to keep everything clean and attuned to your needs. The master suite on the second floor also gets its own plunge pool, just in case the infinity one is just too far away for a dip.

Of course, with a home of this magnitude, security is going to be a big deal. Guard accommodations have been built on the property, an air-conditioned kennel for on-site guard dogs, and a custom-designed security system were created for the home. Le Palais Royal was also built with soundproofing in mind, from the marble to the flooring and plumbing, promising a super quiet residence.
