Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet's new product is an alternate version of their popular countertop Artisan Fire Pizza Oven, this time a built-in design. Maintaining the same performance as the original, the stone-lined oven can be set into a wall or masonry structure. Ready after only 20 minutes of warm-up, the streamlined design is able to cook a Neapolitan-style pizza in less than three minutes once the oven reaches its highest temperature of 800+ degrees Fahrenheit. The quick cook-time is made possible by its hollow-core baking desk, honeycombed interior that allows it to quickly change temperature, and the stone ceiling that shoots heat straight down to brown the pizza toppings.
