History buffs, rejoice! The 15th century estate where Edward VIII, the late King of England, had a series of affairs is up for sale. His most notable dalliance was with American Socialite Wallis Simpson, for whom he abdicated the throne in order to marry. With an asking price of £2.695 million, the classic “cottage” near Wadhurst, East Sussex, England was once severely damaged in a fire, only to be restored in 2012. It features immaculate lawns, a tennis court, walled pool area and a thatched roof. Edward was granted access to an apartment on the property by his good friend, then-owner Lord George Cholmondeley, so that he could carry out his—ahem, business—in secret.

Actress and comedian Rebel Wilson has just purchased her second home in Los Angeles, both near the Hollywood Bowl. This second home was bought for $2.95 million and features high ceilings, wide plank floors, plenty of windows and many French doors. It has a formal living and dining room, an informal family room with an open floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen and breakfast area. The traditional-style home has a patio and pool out back. It’s also reported that Wilson recently purchased a home in Sydney, amassing quite the real estate portfolio.

Rapper Sean “P. Diddy” Combs cut the price on his 2,300-square-foot apartment near Central Park. Most recently listed for $8.5 million, he’s now offering it for $6.5 million, which is just the latest in a series of price drops since it was initially put up for sale in 2012. He has performed renovations, including converting one bedroom into additional entertaining and living space, causing the apartment to become a two-bedroom. The home, which is in The Park Imperial building, has floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank floors, a wet bar and kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The Master suite has four closets—two walk-in and two regular—and a radiant heat floor. Diddy also has an active listing in New Jersey: a $7.99 million estate.

The monthly carrying charges for such an apartment total $32,289. The 8,055 square foot home includes seven bedrooms, eight full baths and two powder rooms marked by 10-by-10 foot windows and 12.6-foot ceilings.
