Take a Peek Inside Cher’s Recently Sold $22M Miami Beach Estate

As one of the best-known female artists of the 20th century (and possibly of all time), Cher is an absolute legend. So, it’s no surprise that her former Miami Beach estate recently sold for around $22M. This exclusive villa sits on LaGorce Island and has also been rented in the past by Julio Iglesias and Janet Jackson, as if Cher’s star power wasn’t enough. 
 

Sold by Engel & Völkers Miami Coconut Grove, the 1,064-square-meter home was built in 1953 and features six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. The plot itself comes in at 29,503.88 square feet and boasts a guesthouse, fitness studio, bar, pool, several courtyards and a dock with direct access to the sea, to name a few. 

Though Cher definitely lived in the estate, she actually sold it to Barry Schwartz, Co-Founder of fashion house Calvin Klein, back in 1996. So, while she hasn’t lived there in a while, we think it still looks like somewhere she would definitely call home.
