Dubbed the Nat Sherman Townhouse Takeover and priced at $20,000, the purchaser will have the exclusive use of the historic Nat Sherman Townhouse on the corner of 42nd St. and Fifth Avenue for a decadent evening. The experience includes a party for 40 people including plenty of premium cigars, fine spirits and gourmet food. The unique offering is the biggest ticket item in the Nat Sherman Holiday Dozen, a series of refined gifts for cigar lovers.
The Nat Sherman flagship store has been a favorite of the city’s cigar-smoking elite in various incarnations since 1930. Celebrity customers over the years have included Humphrey Bogart, John Wayne and Sammy Davis Jr., and many well-known personages have kept private humidors there, a tradition that continues to this day. Also available as part of the brand’s exclusive holiday offerings is a party for 10 cigar lovers in the Townhouse’s stylish Johnson Club Room, a gentlemanly retreat designed for more intimate gatherings. Cigars, fine food and spirits are provided in the package, priced at $5,000.
