If you were one of the lucky ones at last month’s Expo Milan 2015 who got to sit in the just-unveiled Alfa Romeo Giulia, you would have already experienced the auto’s ode to carbon fiber. For those of you who didn’t though, the luxury marque recently posted the above video, which showcases the car’s impressive interior that’s literally full of the stuff—from the seat backs to the trim.
The Italian brand utilizes the lightweight material as much as possible—even the shifter is decked out in carbon fiber—without going overboard. Of course, the Giulia has to perform just as well as it looks, but with a 510hp Ferrari-tuned twin-turbo V6 engine, we don’t think that will be a problem. As much as we love the interior, we hope Alfa Romeo didn’t ignore the sedan side of the design and managed to keep the style while still making it comfortable to ride in. We’ll just have to wait until it appears at the Frankfurt Motor Show to climb in that back seat and check it out for ourselves.
