Luxury Autmobiles: This just in from Ducati North America! The 2011 Ducati Monster 796 is in showrooms and was test driven effective as of June 26. The official U.S. debut occurred at participating dealerships June 25.
With the Monster 796, Ducati is putting its special twist on it being a hybrid bike, meaning that its performance versus its cost is absolutely astounding.The 796 is the latest of its air-cooled powered machines, meting out 87 horsepower and 56lb./ft. of torque. However, the bike's raised handlebars and new seat design makes the ride as smooth as it is riveting.
This lightweight 367-pound 2011 Monster 796 features signature red elements on its trellis frame and wheels. The MSRP on the newest arrival is $9,995.
